וַיִּקַּ֗ח ^H3947 יִתְרוֹ֙ ^H3503 חֹתֵ֣ן ^H2859 מֹשֶׁ֔ה ^H4872 אֶת־^H853צִפֹּרָ֖ה ^H6855 אֵ֣שֶׁת ^H802 מֹשֶׁ֑ה ^H4872 אַחַ֖ר ^H310 שִׁלּוּחֶֽיהָ׃ ^H7964	2	And Jethro,^H3503 Moses' father-in-law, took^H3947 Moses' wife^H802 Zipporah,^H6855 after^H310 he had sent^H7971 her away,^H7971	ἔλαβεν^G2983 δὲ^G1161 Ιοθορ ὁ^G3588 γαμβρὸς Μωυσῆ^G3475 Σεπφωραν τὴν^G3588 γυναῖκα^G1135 Μωυσῆ^G3475 μετὰ^G3326 τὴν^G3588 ἄφεσιν^G859 αὐτῆς^G846
וְאֵ֖ת ^H853 שְׁנֵ֣י ^H8147 בָנֶ֑יהָ ^H1121 אֲשֶׁ֨ר ^H834 שֵׁ֤ם ^H8034 הָֽאֶחָד֙ ^H259 גֵּֽרְשֹׁ֔ם ^H1647 כִּ֣י ^H3588 אָמַ֔ר ^H559 גֵּ֣ר ^H1616 הָיִ֔יתִי ^H1961 בְּאֶ֖רֶץ ^H776 נָכְרִיָּֽה׃ ^H5237	3	and her two^H8147 sons,^H1121 of whom^H834 one^H259 was named^H8034 Gershom,^H1647 for he said,^H559 "I have been^H1961 a sojourner^H1616 in a foreign^H5237 land.^H776"	καὶ^G2532 τοὺς^G3588 δύο^G1417 υἱοὺς^G5207 αὐτοῦ·^G846 ὄνομα^G3686 τῷ^G3588 ἑνὶ^G1519 αὐτῶν^G846 Γηρσαμ λέγων^G3004 Πάροικος^G3941 ἤμην^G1510 ἐν^G1722 γῇ^G1065 ἀλλοτρίᾳ·^G245
וְשֵׁ֥ם ^H8034 הָאֶחָ֖ד ^H259 אֱלִיעֶ֑זֶר ^H461 כִּֽי־^H3588אֱלֹהֵ֤י ^H430 אָבִי֙ ^H1 בְּעֶזְרִ֔י ^H5828 וַיַּצִּלֵ֖נִי ^H5337 מֵחֶ֥רֶב ^H2719 פַּרְעֹֽה׃ ^H6547	4	And the other^H259 was named^H8034 Eliezer,^H461 for [he said,] "The God^H430 of my father was my help,^H1 and delivered^H5828 me from the sword^H5337 of Pharaoh.^H2719"	καὶ^G2532 τὸ^G3588 ὄνομα^G3686 τοῦ^G3588 δευτέρου^G1208 Ελιεζερ^G1663 λέγων^G3004 Ὁ^G3588 γὰρ^G1063 θεὸς^G2316 τοῦ^G3588 πατρός^G3962 μου^G1473 βοηθός^G998 μου^G1473 καὶ^G2532 ἐξείλατό^G1807 με^G1473 ἐκ^G1537 χειρὸς^G5495 Φαραω.^G5328
וַיָּבֹ֞א ^H935 יִתְר֨וֹ ^H3503 חֹתֵ֥ן ^H2859 מֹשֶׁ֛ה ^H4872 וּבָנָ֥יו ^H1121 וְאִשְׁתּ֖וֹ ^H802 אֶל־^H413מֹשֶׁ֑ה ^H4872 אֶל־^H413הַמִּדְבָּ֗ר ^H4057 אֲשֶׁר־^H834ה֛וּא ^H1931 חֹנֶ֥ה ^H2583 שָׁ֖ם ^H8033 הַ֥ר ^H2022 הָאֱלֹהִֽים׃ ^H430	5	Then Jethro,^H3503 Moses^H4872' father-in-law, came^H935 with his sons^H1121 and his wife^H802 to Moses in the wilderness^H4057 where^H834 ^H8033 he was camped,^H2583 at the mount^H2022 of God.^H430	καὶ^G2532 ἐξῆλθεν^G1831 Ιοθορ ὁ^G3588 γαμβρὸς Μωυσῆ^G3475 καὶ^G2532 οἱ^G3588 υἱοὶ^G5207 καὶ^G2532 ἡ^G3588 γυνὴ^G1135 πρὸς^G4314 Μωυσῆν^G3475 εἰς^G1519 τὴν^G3588 ἔρημον,^G2048 οὗ^G3364 παρενέβαλεν^G3924 ἐπ᾽^G1909 ὄρους^G3735 τοῦ^G3588 θεοῦ.^G2316
וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ ^H559 אֶל־^H413מֹשֶׁ֔ה ^H4872 אֲנִ֛י ^H589 חֹתֶנְךָ֥ ^H2859 יִתְר֖וֹ ^H3503 בָּ֣א ^H935 אֵלֶ֑יךָ ^H413 וְאִ֨שְׁתְּךָ֔ ^H802 וּשְׁנֵ֥י ^H8147 בָנֶ֖יהָ ^H1121 עִמָּֽהּ׃ ^H5973	6	And he sent^H559 word^H559 to Moses,^H4872 "I, your father-in-law Jethro,^H3503 am coming^H935 to you with your wife^H802 and her two^H8147 sons^H1121 with her."	ἀνηγγέλη^G312 δὲ^G1161 Μωυσεῖ^G3475 λέγοντες^G3004 Ἰδοὺ^G2400 ὁ^G3588 γαμβρός σου^G4771 Ιοθορ παραγίνεται^G3854 πρὸς^G4314 σέ,^G4771 καὶ^G2532 ἡ^G3588 γυνὴ^G1135 καὶ^G2532 οἱ^G3588 δύο^G1417 υἱοί^G5207 σου^G4771 μετ᾽^G3326 αὐτοῦ.^G846
וַיֵּצֵ֨א ^H3318 מֹשֶׁ֜ה ^H4872 לִקְרַ֣את ^H7125 חֹֽתְנ֗וֹ ^H2859 וַיִּשְׁתַּ֙חוּ֙ ^H7812 וַיִּשַּׁק־^H5401ל֔וֹ וַיִּשְׁאֲל֥וּ ^H7592 אִישׁ־^H376לְרֵעֵ֖הוּ ^H7453 לְשָׁל֑וֹם ^H7965 וַיָּבֹ֖אוּ ^H935 הָאֹֽהֱלָה׃ ^H168	7	Then Moses^H4872 went^H3318 out to meet^H7122 his father-in-law, and he bowed^H7812 down^H7812 and kissed^H5401 him; and they asked^H7592 each^H376 other^H7453 of their welfare,^H7965 and went^H935 into the tent.^H168	ἐξῆλθεν^G1831 δὲ^G1161 Μωυσῆς εἰς^G1519 συνάντησιν^G4877 τῷ^G3588 γαμβρῷ αὐτοῦ^G846 καὶ^G2532 προσεκύνησεν^G4352 αὐτῷ^G846 καὶ^G2532 ἐφίλησεν^G5368 αὐτόν,^G846 καὶ^G2532 ἠσπάσαντο^G782 ἀλλήλους·^G240 καὶ^G2532 εἰσήγαγεν^G1521 αὐτὸν^G846 εἰς^G1519 τὴν^G3588 σκηνήν.^G4633
וַיְסַפֵּ֤ר ^H5608 מֹשֶׁה֙ ^H4872 לְחֹ֣תְנ֔וֹ ^H2859 אֵת֩ ^H853 כָּל־^H3605אֲשֶׁ֨ר ^H834 עָשָׂ֤ה ^H6213 יְהוָה֙ ^H3068 לְפַרְעֹ֣ה ^H6547 וּלְמִצְרַ֔יִם ^H4714 עַ֖ל ^H5921 אוֹדֹ֣ת ^H182 יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל ^H3478 אֵ֤ת ^H853 כָּל־^H3605הַתְּלָאָה֙ ^H8513 אֲשֶׁ֣ר ^H834 מְצָאָ֣תַם ^H4672 בַּדֶּ֔רֶךְ ^H1870 וַיַּצִּלֵ֖ם ^H5337 יְהוָֽה׃ ^H3068	8	And Moses^H4872 told^H5608 his father-in-law all^H3605 that the Lord^H3068 had done^H6213 to Pharaoh^H6547 and to the Egyptians^H4714 for Israel's sake,^H5921 ^H182 all^H3605 the hardship^H8513 that had befallen^H4672 them on the journey,^H1870 and [how] the Lord^H3068 had delivered^H5337 them.	καὶ^G2532 διηγήσατο^G1334 Μωυσῆς τῷ^G3588 γαμβρῷ πάντα,^G3956 ὅσα^G3745 ἐποίησεν^G4160 κύριος^G2962 τῷ^G3588 Φαραω^G5328 καὶ^G2532 τοῖς^G3588 Αἰγυπτίοις^G124 ἕνεκεν^G1752 τοῦ^G3588 Ισραηλ,^G2474 καὶ^G2532 πάντα^G3956 τὸν^G3588 μόχθον^G3449 τὸν^G3588 γενόμενον^G1096 αὐτοῖς^G846 ἐν^G1722 τῇ^G3588 ὁδῷ^G3598 καὶ^G2532 ὅτι^G3754 ἐξείλατο^G1807 αὐτοὺς^G846 κύριος^G2962 ἐκ^G1537 χειρὸς^G5495 Φαραω^G5328 καὶ^G2532 ἐκ^G1537 χειρὸς^G5495 τῶν^G3588 Αἰγυπτίων.^G124
וַיִּ֣חַדְּ ^H2302 יִתְר֔וֹ ^H3503 עַ֚ל ^H5921 כָּל־^H3605הַטּוֹבָ֔ה ^H2896 אֲשֶׁר־^H834עָשָׂ֥ה ^H6213 יְהוָ֖ה ^H3068 לְיִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל ^H3478 אֲשֶׁ֥ר ^H834 הִצִּיל֖וֹ ^H5337 מִיַּ֥ד ^H3027 מִצְרָֽיִם׃ ^H4713	9	And Jethro^H3503 rejoiced^H2302 over^H5921 all^H3605 the goodness^H9186 which^H834 the Lord^H3068 had done^H6213 to Israel,^H3478 in delivering^H5337 them from the hand^H3027 of the Egyptians.^H4714	ἐξέστη^G1839 δὲ^G1161 Ιοθορ ἐπὶ^G1909 πᾶσι^G3956 τοῖς^G3588 ἀγαθοῖς,^G18 οἷς^G3739 ἐποίησεν^G4160 αὐτοῖς^G846 κύριος,^G2962 ὅτι^G3754 ἐξείλατο^G1807 αὐτοὺς^G846 ἐκ^G1537 χειρὸς^G5495 Αἰγυπτίων^G124 καὶ^G2532 ἐκ^G1537 χειρὸς^G5495 Φαραω.^G5328
וַיֹּאמֶר֮ ^H559 יִתְרוֹ֒ ^H3503 בָּר֣וּךְ ^H1288 יְהוָ֔ה ^H3068 אֲשֶׁ֨ר ^H834 הִצִּ֥יל ^H5337 אֶתְכֶ֛ם ^H853 מִיַּ֥ד ^H3027 מִצְרַ֖יִם ^H4713 וּמִיַּ֣ד ^H3027 פַּרְעֹ֑ה ^H6547 אֲשֶׁ֤ר ^H834 הִצִּיל֙ ^H5337 אֶת־^H853הָעָ֔ם ^H5971 מִתַּ֖חַת ^H8478 יַד־^H3027מִצְרָֽיִם׃ ^H4713	10	So Jethro^H3503 said,^H559 "Blessed^H1288 be the Lord^H3068 who^H834 delivered^H5337 you from the hand^H3027 of the Egyptians^H4714 and from the hand^H3027 of Pharaoh,^H6547 [and] who^H834 delivered^H5337 the people^H5971 from under^H8478 the hand^H3027 of the Egyptians.^H4714	καὶ^G2532 εἶπεν^G2036 Ιοθορ Εὐλογητὸς^G2128 κύριος,^G2962 ὅτι^G3754 ἐξείλατο^G1807 τὸν^G3588 λαὸν^G2992 αὐτοῦ^G846 ἐκ^G1537 χειρὸς^G5495 Αἰγυπτίων^G124 καὶ^G2532 ἐκ^G1537 χειρὸς^G5495 Φαραω·^G5328
עַתָּ֣ה ^H6258 יָדַ֔עְתִּי ^H3045 כִּֽי־^H3588גָד֥וֹל ^H1419 יְהוָ֖ה ^H3068 מִכָּל־^H3605הָאֱלֹהִ֑ים ^H430 כִּ֣י ^H3588 בַדָּבָ֔ר ^H1697 אֲשֶׁ֥ר ^H834 זָד֖וּ ^H2102 עֲלֵיהֶֽם׃ ^H5921	11	"Now^H6258 I know^H3045 that the Lord^H3068 is greater^H1419 than^H4480 all^H3605 the gods;^H430 indeed,^H3588 it was proven^H1697 when^H834 they dealt^H2102 proudly^H2102 against^H5921 the people."	νῦν^G3568 ἔγνων^G1097 ὅτι^G3754 μέγας^G3173 κύριος^G2962 παρὰ^G3844 πάντας^G3956 τοὺς^G3588 θεούς,^G2316 ἕνεκεν^G1752 τούτου^G3778 ὅτι^G3754 ἐπέθεντο^G2007 αὐτοῖς.^G846
וַיִּקַּ֞ח ^H3947 יִתְר֨וֹ ^H3503 חֹתֵ֥ן ^H2859 מֹשֶׁ֛ה ^H4872 עֹלָ֥ה ^H5930 וּזְבָחִ֖ים ^H2077 לֵֽאלֹהִ֑ים ^H430 וַיָּבֹ֨א ^H935 אַהֲרֹ֜ן ^H175 וְכֹ֣ל ^H3605 ׀ זִקְנֵ֣י ^H2205 יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל ^H3478 לֶאֱכָל־^H398לֶ֛חֶם ^H3899 עִם־^H5973חֹתֵ֥ן ^H2859 מֹשֶׁ֖ה ^H4872 לִפְנֵ֥י ^H6440 הָאֱלֹהִֽים׃ ^H430	12	Then Jethro,^H3503 Moses' father-in-law, took^H3947 a burnt^H5930 offering^H5930 and sacrifices^H2077 for God,^H430 and Aaron^H175 came^H935 with all^H3605 the elders^H2205 of Israel^H3478 to eat^H398 a meal^H3899 with Moses' father-in-law before^H6440 God.^H430	καὶ^G2532 ἔλαβεν^G2983 Ιοθορ ὁ^G3588 γαμβρὸς Μωυσῆ^G3475 ὁλοκαυτώματα^G3646 καὶ^G2532 θυσίας^G2378 τῷ^G3588 θεῷ·^G2316 παρεγένετο^G3854 δὲ^G1161 Ααρων^G2 καὶ^G2532 πάντες^G3956 οἱ^G3588 πρεσβύτεροι^G4245 Ισραηλ^G2474 συμφαγεῖν^G4906 ἄρτον^G740 μετὰ^G3326 τοῦ^G3588 γαμβροῦ Μωυσῆ^G3475 ἐναντίον^G1726 τοῦ^G3588 θεοῦ.^G2316
וַיְהִי֙ ^H1961 מִֽמָּחֳרָ֔ת ^H4283 וַיֵּ֥שֶׁב ^H3427 מֹשֶׁ֖ה ^H4872 לִשְׁפֹּ֣ט ^H8199 אֶת־^H853הָעָ֑ם ^H5971 וַיַּעֲמֹ֤ד ^H5975 הָעָם֙ ^H5971 עַל־^H5921מֹשֶׁ֔ה ^H4872 מִן־^H4480הַבֹּ֖קֶר ^H1242 עַד־^H5704הָעָֽרֶב׃ ^H6153	13	And it came^H1961 about the next^H4283 day^H4283 that Moses^H4872 sat^H3427 to judge^H8199 the people,^H5971 and the people^H5971 stood^H5975 about^H5921 Moses^H4872 from the morning^H1242 until^H5704 the evening.^H6153	Καὶ^G2532 ἐγένετο^G1096 μετὰ^G3326 τὴν^G3588 ἐπαύριον^G1887 συνεκάθισεν^G4776 Μωυσῆς κρίνειν^G2919 τὸν^G3588 λαόν·^G2992 παρειστήκει^G3936 δὲ^G1161 πᾶς^G3956 ὁ^G3588 λαὸς^G2992 Μωυσεῖ^G3475 ἀπὸ^G575 πρωίθεν ἕως^G2193 ἑσπέρας.^G2073
וַיַּרְא֙ ^H7200 חֹתֵ֣ן ^H2859 מֹשֶׁ֔ה ^H4872 אֵ֛ת ^H853 כָּל־^H3605אֲשֶׁר־^H834ה֥וּא ^H1931 עֹשֶׂ֖ה ^H6213 לָעָ֑ם ^H5971 וַיֹּ֗אמֶר ^H559 מָֽה־^H4100הַדָּבָ֤ר ^H1697 הַזֶּה֙ ^H2088 אֲשֶׁ֨ר ^H834 אַתָּ֤ה ^H859 עֹשֶׂה֙ ^H6213 לָעָ֔ם ^H5971 מַדּ֗וּעַ ^H4069 אַתָּ֤ה ^H859 יוֹשֵׁב֙ ^H3427 לְבַדֶּ֔ךָ ^H910 וְכָל־^H3605הָעָ֛ם ^H5971 נִצָּ֥ב ^H5324 עָלֶ֖יךָ ^H5921 מִן־^H4480בֹּ֥קֶר ^H1242 עַד־^H5704עָֽרֶב׃ ^H6153	14	Now when Moses' father-in-law saw^H7200 all^H3605 that he was doing^H6213 for the people,^H5971 he said,^H559 "What^H4100 is this^H2088 thing^H1697 that you are doing^H6213 for the people^H5971? Why^H4069 do you alone^H905 sit^H3427 [as judge] and all^H3605 the people^H5971 stand^H5324 about^H5921 you from morning^H1242 until^H5704 evening^H6153?"	καὶ^G2532 ἰδὼν^G3708 Ιοθορ πάντα,^G3956 ὅσα^G3745 ἐποίει^G4160 τῷ^G3588 λαῷ,^G2992 λέγει^G3004 Τί^G5100 τοῦτο,^G3778 ὃ^G3739 σὺ^G4771 ποιεῖς^G4160 τῷ^G3588 λαῷ;^G2992 διὰ^G1223 τί^G5100 σὺ^G4771 κάθησαι^G2521 μόνος,^G3441 πᾶς^G3956 δὲ^G1161 ὁ^G3588 λαὸς^G2992 παρέστηκέν^G3936 σοι^G4771 ἀπὸ^G575 πρωίθεν ἕως^G2193 δείλης;^G1169
וַיֹּ֥אמֶר ^H559 מֹשֶׁ֖ה ^H4872 לְחֹתְנ֑וֹ ^H2859 כִּֽי־^H3588יָבֹ֥א ^H935 אֵלַ֛י ^H413 הָעָ֖ם ^H5971 לִדְרֹ֥שׁ ^H1875 אֱלֹהִֽים׃ ^H430	15	And Moses^H4872 said^H559 to his father-in-law, "Because^H3588 the people^H5971 come^H935 to me to inquire^H1875 of God.^H430	καὶ^G2532 λέγει^G3004 Μωυσῆς τῷ^G3588 γαμβρῷ ὅτι^G3754 Παραγίνεται^G3854 πρός^G4314 με^G1473 ὁ^G3588 λαὸς^G2992 ἐκζητῆσαι^G1567 κρίσιν^G2920 παρὰ^G3844 τοῦ^G3588 θεοῦ·^G2316
כִּֽי־^H3588יִהְיֶ֨ה ^H1961 לָהֶ֤ם דָּבָר֙ ^H1697 בָּ֣א ^H935 אֵלַ֔י ^H413 וְשָׁ֣פַטְתִּ֔י ^H8199 בֵּ֥ין ^H996 אִ֖ישׁ ^H376 וּבֵ֣ין ^H996 רֵעֵ֑הוּ ^H7453 וְהוֹדַעְתִּ֛י ^H3045 אֶת־^H853חֻקֵּ֥י ^H2706 הָאֱלֹהִ֖ים ^H430 וְאֶת־^H853תּוֹרֹתָֽיו׃ ^H8451	16	"When^H3588 they have^H1961 a dispute,^H1697 it comes^H935 to me, and I judge^H8199 between^H996 a man^H376 and his neighbor,^H7453 and make^H3045 known^H3045 the statutes^H2706 of God^H430 and His laws.^H8451"	ὅταν^G3752 γὰρ^G1063 γένηται^G1096 αὐτοῖς^G846 ἀντιλογία^G485 καὶ^G2532 ἔλθωσι^G2064 πρός^G4314 με,^G1473 διακρίνω^G1252 ἕκαστον^G1538 καὶ^G2532 συμβιβάζω^G4822 αὐτοὺς^G846 τὰ^G3588 προστάγματα τοῦ^G3588 θεοῦ^G2316 καὶ^G2532 τὸν^G3588 νόμον^G3551 αὐτοῦ.^G846
וַיֹּ֛אמֶר ^H559 חֹתֵ֥ן ^H2859 מֹשֶׁ֖ה ^H4872 אֵלָ֑יו ^H413 לֹא־^H3808טוֹב֙ ^H2896 הַדָּבָ֔ר ^H1697 אֲשֶׁ֥ר ^H834 אַתָּ֖ה ^H859 עֹשֶֽׂה׃ ^H6213	17	And Moses' father-in-law said^H559 to him, "The thing^H1697 that you are doing^H6213 is not good.^H2896	εἶπεν^G3004 δὲ^G1161 ὁ^G3588 γαμβρὸς Μωυσῆ^G3475 πρὸς^G4314 αὐτόν^G846 Οὐκ^G3364 ὀρθῶς^G3717 σὺ^G4771 ποιεῖς^G4160 τὸ^G3588 ῥῆμα^G4487 τοῦτο·^G3778

וְשָׁפְט֥וּ ^H8199 אֶת־^H853הָעָ֖ם ^H5971 בְּכָל־^H3605עֵ֑ת ^H6256 אֶת־^H853הַדָּבָ֤ר ^H1697 הַקָּשֶׁה֙ ^H7186 יְבִיא֣וּן ^H935 אֶל־^H413מֹשֶׁ֔ה ^H4872 וְכָל־^H3605הַדָּבָ֥ר ^H1697 הַקָּטֹ֖ן ^H6996 יִשְׁפּוּט֥וּ ^H8199 הֵֽם׃ ^H1992	26	And they judged^H8199 the people^H5971 at all^H3605 times;^H6256 the difficult^H7186 dispute^H1697 they would bring^H935 to Moses,^H4872 but every^H3605 minor^H9512 dispute^H1697 they themselves would judge.^H8199	καὶ^G2532 ἐκρίνοσαν^G2919 τὸν^G3588 λαὸν^G2992 πᾶσαν^G3956 ὥραν·^G5610 πᾶν^G3956 δὲ^G1161 ῥῆμα^G4487 ὑπέρογκον^G5246 ἀνεφέροσαν^G399 ἐπὶ^G1909 Μωυσῆν,^G3475 πᾶν^G3956 δὲ^G1161 ῥῆμα^G4487 ἐλαφρὸν^G1645 ἐκρίνοσαν^G2919 αὐτοί.^G846
וַיְשַׁלַּ֥ח ^H7971 מֹשֶׁ֖ה ^H4872 אֶת־^H853חֹתְנ֑וֹ ^H2859 וַיֵּ֥לֶךְ ^H1980 ל֖וֹ אֶל־^H413אַרְצֽוֹ׃ ^H776 פ	27	Then Moses^H4872 bade^H7971 his father-in-law farewell,^H7971 and he went^H1980 his way into his own land.^H776	ἐξαπέστειλεν^G1821 δὲ^G1161 Μωυσῆς τὸν^G3588 ἑαυτοῦ^G1438 γαμβρόν, καὶ^G2532 ἀπῆλθεν^G565 εἰς^G1519 τὴν^G3588 γῆν^G1065 αὐτοῦ.^G846
