WebMoney
Working with the WebMoney system, you will often have to go to the sites of its services. And not only to enter, but actively use them. Therefore, it is necessary to make some simple manipulations to "teach" your browser to exchange information with the server WebMoney and correctly perceive and process interactive elements on These web pages.
Certificates
Many services of the system use the secure SSL protocol (the address line in this case does not start with the usual "http://", but with "https://"). It guarantees secure connection to web-sites. This means that the information exchanged between the user and the WebMoney server can not be intercepted "on the road" and read by unauthorized persons. To do this, all data is encrypted and decrypted using a pair of keys, one of which is called open, the other - closed. Information can be encrypted by the sender using the first and then decrypted by the recipient with the second, or vice versa. When installing the Keeper Classic program, two WebMoney certificates containing public keys are added to your computer. They will allow you to work with payment system sites using SSL mode. If the addition of certificates for some reason did not occur or if you use Keeper Light, you must install them from the www.webmoney page.com/download.shtml. There are also brief instructions on how to do this. Imported certificates must always remain in the certificate store on your computer. Remove them from there or hide them, because they contain only open (not secret) keys.Trusted sites
For the correct operation of many WebMoney services, you must allow the browser to run ActiveX scripts and support some other functions. At the same time, excessive interactivity on all consecutive web-sites will harm the user, since the same ActiveX can carry a malicious code. Allowing in the browser settings such technologies for WebMoney sites, we thereby resolve them for all other sites, exposing ourselves to danger. On the contrary, forbidding them for all sites, we prohibit them and for WebMoney sites, and therefore we risk facing the fact that many services of the system will not work for us. What to do? For this case, the developers of browsers provided so-called. "Reliable nodes". Their meaning lies in the fact that you can single out a separate group of sites that you completely trust, and define their own security policy for them. Once this trusted node is reached, the browser will ignore the general security settings and apply the settings that are defined directly for trusted sites. However, it is possible that the general security settings that you normally use will allow you to work normally and WebMoney sites. Then the procedure described below will not be strictly mandatory, although it still costs to be produced. So:- In the browser, select the "Tools - Internet Options" menu item.
- In the window that opens, go to the "Security" tab,
- Select the Trusted sites icon and click the "Sites ..." button.
- In the window that appears (Fig. 2), you must enter the following sites one by one:
*.webmoney.ru/ http://*.wmtransfer.com/ http://*.paymer.com/ http://*.telepat.ru/ http://*.exchanger.ru/ http://*.megastock.ru/ http://*.megastock.com/ http://*.webmoney.ru/ http://*.wmtransfer.com/ http://*.paymer.com/ http://*.telepat.ru/ http://*.exchanger.ru/ http://*.megastock.ru/ http://*.megastock.com/ |
Fig. 2. Add WebMoney sites to the list of trusted sites.
You must have already understood that all these resources are directly related to the WebMoney system.
You can add the following list to these addresses:
*.digiseller.ru http://*.wmkeeper.com http://*.capitaller.ru http://*.softactivation.com http://*.plati.ru http://*.mestkom.ru and so on |
Here, mark the following parameters:
Download signed ActiveX controls | Allow |
Loading non-signed ActiveX controls | Disable |
Using ActiveX controls marked as not secure | Disable |
Running ActiveX controls and plug-ins | Allow |
Run ActiveX ActiveX scripts that are marked as secure | Allow |
Java permissions | Low safety |
Access to data sources outside the domain | Allow |
Enable meta update | Allow |
Displays heterogeneous content | Allow |
Do not request a client certificate when it is missing or there is only one | Disallow |
Drag and drop or copy and paste files | Allow |
Installing Desktop Items | Disallow |
Running programs and files in the IFRAME window | Allow |
Switching between frames across different domains | Allow |
Software Channel Permissions | High security |
Sending unencrypted form data | Allow |
User Data Stability | Allow |
Active Scripts | Allow |
Allow insert operations from the script | Allow |
Run Java application scripts | Allow |
After all this is done, the browser will apply to WebMoney sites those special rules that we have just defined for them - to resolve what is necessary for their normal operation, and to prohibit everything else.
