Feedly works on RSS and is an open system: you can add any RSS feed and read it wherever you go.
Just type that feed's address into the search bar or search by name.

It took the place of a private Google Reader. And I sort of did quite well with it.
Less sociality and a different design, but on the whole it does the same job.
